Avocado cream

This thick and creamy dip is one of the best discoveries we’ve made! It’s a healthy substitute for mayonnaise and sour cream. Enjoy it with anything and everything! Avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids which help protect the skin, they also contain vitamin E, which is a powerful Antioxidant that neutralizes the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles. Makes 1 bowl – enough for 2 people




 

Ingredients 2 ripe avocados 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar Juice of ½ lemon 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons of water Salt and pepper to taste


 

Method Simply scoop the avocado out of their skins and place them and the other ingredients in a food processer, blend for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy.
