I have been vegan myself for over 20 years, so plant-based nutrition and wellness is my are of speciality and expertise.

I understand how important it is to work within the framework of your own diet - and I will never suggest that you change your values in order to achieve wellness. It is entirely possible to overcome your illness and remain vegan or vegetarian, no matter what health concern you have (e.g. digestive (e.g. IBS) or hormonal issues (e.g. PCOS, infertility, endometriosis), fatigue, skin concerns, a weak immune system or weight management etc.).
