Avocado Chocolate Moose

Avocado in a dessert? With chocolate? Yes, you read that right! Avocado Chocolate Mousse is creamy and rich and hits the spot, a perfect healthy dessert! Avocados are packed with healthy fats, fibre and vitamin E, and cacao is renowned for antioxidant content. Enjoy, guilt free!




 

Ingredients:

2 avocados

3 tbsp raw cacao

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Raspberries to serve



 

Directions:

  • Mix the coconut oil, avocado flesh, and water in a food processor until smooth and fully mixed. Add in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cacao until the mixture s fully combined and smooth.

  • Split the smoothie mixture in 2 ramekins and place win the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  • Serve with berries.
