Avo Toast – The perfect breakfast or snack!

Simple, but absolutely delicious and so satisfying! Perfect for breakfast or healthy snack, its substantial and filling and keeps cravings at bay!


 

Ingredients: (makes 2 portions) 2 slices of rustic whole-meal bread, toasted 1 avocado Pinch of chilli flakes 1/2 lime Pinch of salt Small handful chopped parsley (optional)

Method:

Mash or thinly slice the avocado onto the toasted slices of bread.


Sprinkle the chilli flakes over and squeeze the lime over the toast, sprinkle with salt and parsley.
