It is entirely possible to overcome your illness and remain vegan or vegetarian, no matter what health concern you have (e.g. digestive (e.g. IBS) or hormonal issues (e.g. PCOS, infertility, endometriosis), fatigue, skin concerns, a weak immune system or weight management etc.).
