I have been a vegetarian my whole life, vegan for 20 years, and a registered nutritionist for over 10 years. I have in-depth knowledge of plant-based nutrition but also years of navigating eating as a vegan in this modern world, so it’s safe to say I have your back!


Tailored for you

I understand how important it is to work within the framework of your own diet -and I will never suggest that you change your values in order to achieve wellness. It is entirely possible to overcome your illness and remain vegan, vegetarian or plant-based, no matter what health concern you have or what life-stage you are at. 

You and your uniqueness are at the centre of your healing journey. We will work together as a team to bring you back to feeling like yourself again. 


Holistic approach

As well as an in-depth consideration of your nutritional needs, we will also look at your lifestyle, genetics, pathogenic triggers (such as bacteria or viruses), life challenges, stress management, sleep and exercise/movement, spiritual, emotional and mental fulfilment.


Good quality supplements are sometimes recommended, and if needed I may suggest functional testing if we feel we need a little more detective work to get to the root-cause of your signs and symptoms

Reset: 1- 2- 1 Consultation

Ideal for those who feel they could just do with a one-off consultation to check over their health goals and concerns. Perhaps you are a vegan or vegetarian who wants to ensure they are getting enough nutrients and would like a diet overview. 

Evolve: 8 Week Program

Ideal for those who need a little bit more support and guidance in their health quest. Perhaps you have a hormonal imbalance, fertility concerns, weight loss goals or suffer from fatigue or immune issues. Over the course of 5 consultations I will guide you back to health, and I am there for you via whatsapp and email to support you all the way – for 8 weeks!

Beautiful bespoke meal plans – just for you! Whether you’ve got a weight loss goal, want to boost your immunity, want to try the FODMAP or a gluten free diet, or even reduce the risk of cancer – these are for you!
