Following my low GL diet plan, you can learn how to create a healthy environment in your body for natural weight loss and lasting change without starving yourself or feeling deprived.

For the most part, I don’t agree with ‘quick-fix’ diets or restrictive programs with rigid calorie/points counting.

I passionately believe that achieving and maintaining a lean and healthy weight is about nourishing yourself from the inside out, balancing your P.H and reducing inflammation. Achieved through the right foods, movement/exercise and most importantly the right mindset.

So whether you are vegan, vegetarian, a meat-eater, or anything in-between – you can look and feel great, all day every day!

The Program

This course includes 3 face-to-face private consultations with me via Skype or in-person, and 2 mini-consultations in-between to make sure you are on track. We will cover all the aspects of healthy weight loss. There are 4 main stages of the program: Preparation, Detox, Transition and Sustaining.

I will give you specific and individualised instructions on how to achieve healthy weight loss, get more energy, mental clarity, glowing skin and clear, bright eyes.

Courses can also be tailored to your individual health concerns or goals (i.e. digestive, hormonal, immune, or other concerns).

Detoxing: This is to increase the efficiency of the liver and digestive system and to stimulate the other parts of the body that are responsible for cleansing and elimination, and to kick start your weight loss. Every weight loss plan starts with my 3 week cleanse.

Balance blood sugars - this is the number one mistake I see from almost every one of my client’s food diaries, time and time again. Learning the various ways you can control your blood sugar levels will improve energy levels, lessen cravings, and reduce weight around your middle.

Portion Control how much carbohydrate/protein/fat should you eat? There is a lot of confusion about these nutrients, I will show you how much you should be getting.

Cravings - they happen to the best of us! Get my top tips on how to avoid reaching for those donuts/chocolates/crisps/fill-in-the-blank.

Working out? What to eat before and after exercise to get the body composition you desire.

Mindset: This is a fundamental aspect of weight loss that is often overlooked. It all starts in the mind! I will guide and encourage through your journey, and help you get into the right mindset. I'll be your personal cheerleader along the way, but most importantly I want you to become your own cheerleader so you stay on track for life - and I'll show you how to do this!

The Skinny on Fats - (Pssst they don't make us fat!) I can’t stress enough how important getting enough of these essential anti-inflammatory fats in your diet is.

Meal Plans: I will devise a menu plan for you (including recipes) based on your preferences and health goals, and give you tons of meal and snack ideas, shopping lists and recipes.

Movement: Moving your body daily and getting the blood flowing around for your body is key. We will discuss your exercise regime and put a plan in place that suits you and your lifestyle.

Plus much more (e.g. hydration, how to reduce water retention, the importance of healthy digestion in weight loss, the role of balanced hormones in weight loss, mindful eating etc.)

-3 private consultations with me (Initial consultation is 60 minutes, followed by two 45 min consultations, with 2 mini 15 minute phone consultations in-between), usually set over 6 weeks.
